Baya Weavers are one of the most cute birds. They are palm sized, cute, adorable & freakily active. Out of all acts, one cute act is when the male hangs onto the half built nest, pedals the wings fast to call in the potential mate; the female weaver will approve him only if she likes the nest & feels that the place is safe.

I watched this Osprey catch the fish while on the fishing dock at Lake Jennings, California. He turned and flew right towards me. The fish was so heavy that he didn’t gain much altitude and when he flew right over my head, I grabbed to photo.
