Will real estate prices fall in Gurgaon, India?

Yes, Gurgaon real estate prices will fall.
End user is being diverted towards affordable housing scheme ( even if it is 10km away), because of huge difference in price ( 4000rs/soft). As per last status 23 licenses were given in gurgaon alone.
Secondly people are opting for independent floors in gurgaon .( let's say me and 2 of my friends want 3BHK in sec 57, we all will buy single plot of 200sqyard or more and build three floors and will get each floor registered independently costing around 65-70lacs each which is much less than same size flat or builders floor).
Investors don't pay 100% price of property, They pay 25-50% ( to avoid double registration charges, adjust black money, easy to sell being transferable case, can buy more properties) and they generally hold till the time increase in value is more than interest charged by govt for unpaid amount. There is limit for small and medium investors and it's been already 3 years and many are dying to sell it but not getting buyers and enhancement is expected in new sectors and then they will be left with no option other than selling it at either no profit or 10-20% loss.
IT and other corporates are moving out of gurgaon to comparatively cheaper place like GGN FBD road, Manesar. People are preferring Faridabad and Manesar.
Manufacturing sector is also moving out of gurgaon due to strikes, agitation, taxes , huge overheads . Neemrana, Dharuhera, tapukhera,Bhiwadi ,Jhajjar are  areas which will be manufacturing hub in near future.because of which demand for properties in gurgaon has fallen by 25 per cent over the last year, which has led to a sharp rise in inventories.which has led to price correction, there is no taker for these near about 50K flats and many more are under construction which will further led to correction in price.
ya one thing if congress wins next elections then there are good chances of surge in prices.
